I know I mentioned this in my first newsletter but it’s seriously that important and often overlooked. Do you drink water upon rising? If so, amazing and if not (you are still amazing) but try to remember your body has been working really hard all night resetting and needs a nice flush of water before anything else, especially caffeine or food.
