1 C thick rolled oats
1/4 walnuts (optional)
1/2 C tahini (preferably raw)
1/3-1/4 C honey (start w/ less & add to desired sweetness.)
1 t vanilla powder or (alcohol free) vanilla extract
1 1/2 t cinnamon
1/4 t sea salt
Optional
3 T shredded coconut flakes
3 T sesame seeds
Add oats to food processor & process until the oats turn into flour. Then add cinnamon, vanilla, salt and walnuts and process for a sec. Next add the honey and tahini and process until a dough like consistency is formed. Use a cookie scooper or spoon to help form bite size tahini balls. Once tahini balls are made roll them in sesame seeds and shredded coconut flakes. These are a huge hit in my home!
