2 Cups Walnuts
1 large scallion (green onion)
1 red bell pepper
1 t sea salt
2 stalks celery

Combine all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth. Should be a nice salmon color.Serving suggestions: This can be served on a plate as is, over a salad, rolled up in a green leaf, or on crackers.
