1 T (heaping) almond butter 1/2 t honey or agave 1/4-1/2 C coconut milk 1-2 T raw cacao or carob (choc. alternative) 1 1/2 – 2 frozen bananas (depending on size & consistency) 1 T shredded coconut
1 C frozen blueberries 1/2 frozen banana 1/2 C – 1 C coconut milk (add to desired consistency) 1/2-1 t honey or agave (add to liking) handful of spinach or favorite green
